Terms & Conditions

Electric City Pickups, ECP, warrants its musical instrument pickups to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in normal use for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser. If the pickup is indeed faulty in the warranty period, please ship the pickup back to us unaltered and undamaged with the original packaging and the receipt intact. We will not cover broken/cut/punctured coil windings, cut/damaged bobbin materials or if humbucker covers have been removed. ECP's warranty will not include damage caused by accident, misuse, improper use, installation or wiring, tampering with or any mechanical/physical alterations in any way, or any repairs not done by ECP. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please email us if you require warranty service.

Exchange Policy

Pickups purchased directly from us, or by any of our authorized dealers, may be exchanged for up to 30 days from the day you receive your new pickups, with the exception of custom wound pickups, for another model of equal or lesser value. Pickups must be in as new condition and not altered or damaged in any way. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes or damages made by any installer or technician.

If the leads have been cut, there is a $10 per pickup re-lead fee. If a cover has been scratched, there is a $10 replacement fee plus the cost of the cover (which varies, depending on the type of cover).All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email us first before returning any pickup.
