All of our Tele style pickups are wound for pure vintage tone, exactly like the originals. From the American made Alnico magnets right down to the waxed cloth hookup wire, no expense is spared to get all of the details right. All neck pickups include nickel/silver covers. All bridge pickups include a copper plated steel base plate and cotton string wrap

Neck Pickup:

Wound to 59 Tele Specs. This neck pickup has a clear tone with round bass, smooth treble, and not overly compressed. Specs : 43 gauge plain enamel coil wire, .196 Diameter Alnico 5 magnets, Vintage style cloth covered lead wire and wax potted. Resistance : 7.2K * Please specify bare nickel, chrome, or gold cover during checkout.

Bridge Pickup:

Also wound to 59 Tele Specs. This model has the classic tele twang with good sustain and growl. Excellent rock or country tone. Specs : 42 gauge plain enamel coil wire, .196 Diameter Alnico 5 magnets, with raised D & G, Vintage style cloth covered lead wire and wax potted. White string wrap. Resistance : 6.7K

Neck Pickup:

If you want smooth, full sounding lows, and sweet clear, round highs, then this is the neck pickup for you. We use the earliest wind pattern to achieve the sound of this pickup. Specs : Alnico 3 Magnets .196 diameter, 43 gauge PE wire, cloth lead wire, and wax potted. Resistance: 7.5K * Please specify bare nickel, chrome, or gold cover during checkout.

Bridge Pickup:

This pickup is absolutely smoking with huge bottom and top end. It has a very balanced tone with good mids and twangs nicely with good power. Specs: Flat and flush Alnico 3 magnets .196 diameter, 42 gauge PE magnet wire, Cloth leads, and wax potted. Black string wrap. Resistance 7.3K

Black Scotch

This Broadcaster style set is wound to the earliest black guard specs from 1950. It encompasses the essence of the Broadcaster using the same materials as was used then, including white string wrap on the bridge pickup and then black wax dipped to give it the black string appearance

Wound to 1950 Broadcaster specs with Alnico 5 magnets, 43 gauge plain enamel coil wire, and cloth covered hook up wire. Resistance: 7.3k * Please specify bare nickel, chrome, or gold cover during checkout.

Also wound to 1950 Broadcaster specs with 43 gauge plain enamel coil wire, cloth leads, Alnico 3 magnets, white string wrap, and black wax potted. Resistance: 9.4k
