This Broadcaster style set is wound to the earliest black guard specs from 1950. It encompasses the essence of the Broadcaster using the same materials as was used then, including white string wrap on the bridge pickup and then black wax dipped to give it the black string appearance

Bridge Pickup:
Also wound to 1950 Broadcaster specs with 43 gauge plain enamel coil wire, cloth leads, Alnico 3 magnets, white string wrap, and black wax potted. Resistance: 9.4k
